Carnes Zamora is a Costa Rican capital based company, dedicated to the packing and commerce of high quality pork meat. It started in 1995 under great human and economic effort but with enthusiasm and wishes of entrepreneurship consolidation in the area of meat products for the food industry where one of its goal objectives has been to specialize in the commerce of pork meat of recognized quality.

To achieve this goal it begun negotiations with pork farmers that were committed to improve the quality and efficient handling of their farms.

Under these premises the company obtained the approval from the Ministry of Agriculture to export pork meat which it started doing to Central America with excellent results, up to date Carnes Zamora has held the leadership in exporting pork meat cuts to all countries in this area.

With great pride and satisfaction we declared that the development reached surpasses all initial foreseen expectations and that this constitutes loyal testimony of the result in putting our trust in God, by leaving in His hands the general direction of the company and dedicating to Him our everyday efforts so His wisdom guides our decisions and actions.
